Do you allow pets in the apartments? Please add pet dep, fees & rent?

Yes, up to two pets. Pet Fee: $350 for one pet/$500 for two, Pet Rent: $20/month per pet.

Are there move-in or application fees?

Yes. Application Fee: $90 per applicant, Admin Fee: $250.

What is the pet policy for specific breeds or sizes?

Including, but not limited to: Pit bull terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamutes, Belgian Malanois, St. Bernard. Breed list may change at management's discretion.

How much is the security deposit, and when is it due?

Standard security deposit of $500 with approved credit.

What happens if I need to break my lease?

We offer a Buy-Out Agreement included in your Lease. It is the equivalent of 60 days notice, 2 months of base rent as a buy out fee, and repayment of any concession given during your current lease term.

How much notice is required before moving out?

60 days unless the lease contract is on a month-to-month status, in which case, the notice period reverts to 30 days.
